    How to solve 2sin(0.5x)=3/(3x+2)?

I was wondering if someone could help me with the following question:

    2sin(0.5x)=3/(3x+2)
Find the two values of x.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

sin(x) can be written as an infinite series given by
    sin(x) = x/1! - x^3/3! + x^5/5! - .......and so on.
Since you want only two values of x, you can write
sin(x/2) as x/2, and solve the quadratic to find the two values of x.
