    Solving trig equations

    F(t)=-sin2t + 2cos2t=0

    What is the value of t for this equation ?

    2cos(2t) = sin(2t)
    Or
    tan(2t) = 2.
    Do you want to find the value of t in degrees?
    In that case
    2t = arctan(2). Then find t.
