Ill help but donŽt you have any clue on how to solve anyting here?

Here is a tip for the first one.
1.From the top of a 90m high building, it is observed that the top of another building makes a 40degree angle of depression. If the two buildings are 60m apart, how tall is the other building

Use tan(40deg) = 60/x and now you should be able to finish that one, post some work and IŽll help

    Hello, sherwin156!

    #6 requires nothing fancy . . . Did you make a sketch?

    6. Nuel travels due north from his house for 100 km, then 70 m due west
and then 60 kim due north, then he stops.
How far is he from the house?
    Code:
        D * - - - - + E
          |. :
       60 | . :
          | . :
        C * - . - - *B
             70. |
                . |
                 . | 100
                  . |
                   .|
                    * A

He starts at A, goes 100 km north to B,
    . . then goes 70 km west to C,
    . . and goes 60 km north to D.

    In right triangle DEA\!:\;DE\,=\,70,\;EA \,=\,160

    Can you find its hypotenuse?
