question x & y values.
Say there is a angle b/t 0-90. A what point will the Y value be larger than the X value. I know that Y increases towards 90,to ultimately become 1. Closer to the x axis the X value should be large... anyone see what I'm saying?

yes, x and y are trig values. specifically, $x = \cos{\theta}$ and $y = \sin{\theta}$

$x = y$ at $\theta = 45^\circ$

So, after 45 degrees the Y will be a larger value, 45 and below the X will be a greater value.
