Looks like the question is "mixing" radians with degrees.

I assume $\theta = 6$ is in radians, and the given answer choices are in degrees.

are you leaving that information out of the directions?

3. I was utterly confused myself, though I did copy the question fully from the book.

4. reference angle is in quadrant IV and equals $2\pi - 6$

now convert the radian angle $2\pi - 6$ into degrees.
