Find the sine, cos, tan, and cot of

Should I convert the seconds to minutes?

13' = 13/60 degrees = .21666

37''=37'/60=37/3600 degrees = .0102

Thus,
270+.21666+.0102=270.226 degrees.
Now just use a calculator.
