How many degrees in a circle?
You should say 360.

How many minutes in 3 hours?
You should say 180.

If the satellite completes one orbit in 3 hours,
then it is moving 2 degrees of arc per minute of time.

2 degrees is equal to $\dfrac{2 \pi}{180} \, = \, \dfrac{pi}{90}$ radians.

What is the radius of the satellite?
You have the numbers to determine that.

Then a simple multiplication gives the answer you seek.
Does that help?
