Some inverse and law of sine problems

sin[2arccos-3/5] (Find exact values without calculator)

    arccot[tan(-pi/6)]

    Solve using the interval [0,2pi]
    Cos(3x)=1/2

    Find all solutions
    sin^2x-cosx=x^2+2x

    And lastly
A pilot is flying from Salt Lake City to Denver, a distance of 500miles. After 2 hours of flying at 140mph, she discovers that she has been flying 12 degrees off course. How far is she from Denver?

Sorry for the amount of problems! Reviewing for final and these questions are confusing!
