$\displaystyle 3(\frac{1}{\cos x})(\frac{\sin x}{\cos x})-(\frac{4}{\sin x})(\frac{\cos x}{\sin x})=0$
$\displaystyle \frac{2\sin x}{\cos^2 x}-\frac{4\cos x}{\sin^2 x}=0$
$\displaystyle 3\sin^3 x-4\cos^3 x=0$
$\displaystyle (\frac{\sin x}{\cos x})^3=\frac{4}{3}$
Can you take it from here ?
