Your question is very difficult (for me) to decipher, but what I think is being
asked is for a function:
f(x)=tan(Ax+B)+C
which satisfies the given conditions.
However I still find the conditions difficult to understand. It seems to me that
the last condition is trying to say that the point corresponding to x=0 y=0 for
g(x)=tan(x) is at (1,2).

i am in pre calculus. We use the Illinois Math & Science Academy math material. Our current studies involve trig identities. Our program is wierd though, because we recieve material to complete that we have not studied, this being one of those questions. It is only a chapter preview question though, so it is not a big deal.
