1. ## [SOLVED] Velocities help

Woot i finally finished all my hw except i couldnt figure otu how to solve 6 problems. can you guys help me out plz!? thxs!

2. 1) One full rotation is [tex]2\pi[tex] radians. If it rotates $2\pi$ radians in 23 hours, it rotates $2\pi/23$ radians in one hour.

2) The circumference of a circle 14 feet in diameter is $14\pi$ feet. If the wheel does 17 revolutions per minute, its circumference moves $17(14\pi)$ feet per minute.

3. i think im a little confused still on 1. so t=23 and theta = 2pi/23. so divide this and i get 2pi is this correct???

also im a bit confused still on 2.

I know the formula to use should be v=s/t. so if t= 17. and s = 14pi then divide those should be 14pi/17 but this doesnt seem right.

can anyone help me out on!? 3-5

4. alright so i figured out all of it but the last two! (so i deleted the other pic)

so yeah im stuck on 4 and 5..

for 4 i i know i did 44/6(44pi/3) but it says im wrong..

and for 5 i thought i did it all correct but it doesnt look liek i did... for the chain i got 789600pi mm/hr, for the sprocket i got 16623.15789pi mm/hr, and for the Vtire i got 1163621.053pi mm/hr, and for the end result i got 3.655623351 km/hr but it says im wrong.

nvm i got it all done finally...
