    Sine Graphs

    I understand that for y = -2sin, the graph flips.
    But, what about for y = sin(-2x)? What does that look like on the graph?
    Do I flip y = sin(-2x) as well? Also, how is y = (-2x) different from
    y = sin(2x)?

    How is sin(-x) related to sin(x)?

    How is sin(2x) related to sin(x)?

    Now put 'em together....

    y1 = sin 2x, and y2 = sin(-2x)

    see the graph

    does it flip?
