Not sure how to attack this:

Find, correct to 3 decimal places, the anle in radians through which:

a) the second hand of a clock turns in 7 seconds

and

b) the hour hand of a clock turns between 6am and 6.40am

in one hour, the hour hand moves 1/12 of a revolution.

40 min = 2/3 hr

how much of a revolution will the hour hand turn in 40 min? ... remember there are 2pi radians in a revolution
