I have a quesion and the answer im not sure how they have got to the answer can anyone help?

E = Denotes sigma

Ey = 555.10
Ex Squared = 330
Eysquared = 61,627,40
Exy = 4,442.15

The value of x = 40 how do you get to this answer?
