Quick Regression Question - Expected Average?

Data has been found concerning years someone has smoked to the percentage of lung damage they have. The range of years of smoking included in the study is from a minimum of 9 to maximum of 41. A regression model has been fit using years of smoking as the predictor, and the fitted model is given as

Lung Damage = -10.9 + 1.97 Years.

If it is known that a person (fitting all the criteria for the study) has smoked for 31 years, find the expected average amount of lung damage that this person will have sustained, giving your answer as a percentage to 2 decimal places.

Is this as simple as going -10.9 + 1.97 (31) = 50.17?

or is the answer more complex and i have to use tha min/max values sumwhere
