Just want to make sure there isnt an easier way to do this.

when you have paths like a box 5x5 and you can only head right and down you can use factorials like

rrrrrsssss =10!/(5!5!)

but if its an odd shape like




you have to do the adding thing 1+1 etc right? there isnt a shorter way?
