hi, i need some help(test of means and proportions)

alright here is the question,

OK, now when i put this into megastat with the alternative set to (greater then)and a confidence interval of 95% and i get

can someone help me to solve the question about the threshold, i am confused about the alpha at .05 part, should i make the confidence interval .05 maybe? i don't know help me out
