For numbers 1 and 2, find and
    1. n = 500, x = 100
    2. n = 1068, x = 325

For numbers 3 and 4, find the maximum error of the estimate and the appropriate confidence interval.
    3. n = 400, x = 100, 95% confidence interval
    4. n = 512, x = 309, 99% confidence interval
