stuck on a confidence interval question, any help welcome!
an insurance company checks police records on a random sample of 582 automobile accidents and notes that a teenager was driving in the car in 91 of the accidents. create a 95% confidence interval for the percentage of all automobile accidents that involve teenage drivers.
does this answer support the statement that 'in one of every five automobile accidents a teenager is the driver'?

i am not sure maybe i have wrong..if answer is (0.12,0.18)i can send my solution way...

that's sounds right! someone in my class gave me the answer but i don't have the solution so if you could please post/explain that would be very helpful!
