There are 5000 tickets in a raffle and each person buys only one ticket.

The raffle is held 19 times per year and the same 5000 people always buy the tickets.

What are the chances of someone winning the raffle twice in the 19 draws?

for this problem you have $n = 19$, $k = 2$ and $p = \frac 1{5000}$
