    Question Population Standard Deviation

I'm having trouble figuring out what formula I'm supposed to use to
"Find the 95% confidence interval of the population standard deviation."

Given information is n=28 and standard deviation= 5.2

    Answer is 4.1 < standard deviation < 7.1

    Any help is appreciated.
