Unhappy Statistics - samples. Test tomorrow?

Please help me understand what this means, how I am supposed to do this.

From the x row, select without replacement and list a samples of a size n=2

    X 1 2 3 4
    P(x) 1/4 1/4 1/4 1/4

Calculate \bar{x} for each sample and list the unique \bar{x} values. Construct a sampling distribution for \bar{x}. For the sampling distribution find \mu \bar{x} and stand \sigma \bar{x}.

Any idea how to do this? I am so lost. Even if you can help with just a part of it, it would be much appreciated. Thanks
