How do u get the z score for 99.9%?

How do you get the z score for the lowest 0.04%?

i must be using the wrong table or something

(a) Pr(Z > z*) = 0.01 => Pr(Z < z*) = 0.99.

(b) Pr(Z < -z*) = 0.04 => Pr(Z > z*) = 0.04 => Pr(Z < z*) = 0.96.

Without knowing what Tables you use that's all that I can say.
