Could someone please tell me demorgan law and what it is about on probabilty as i do not really understand it.

He set out the basic rules for logic and hence for the operations on a collection of sets. Therefore we capitalize his name.

Any serious study of probability is totally dependent upon a firm grounding in set theory.
In other words, DeMorgan’s laws have everything to do with probability.
