    Question Statstics Help Right Away

    If four dice are rolled, find the probablity of getting quadruples, i.e. {1,1,1,1}, {2,2,2,2}, {3,3,3,3}, {4,4,4,4}, {5,5,5,5}, or {6,6,6,6}.


    Im saying 6/24. Am I right?

    Few ways to go about this... The easiest I find to explain is... Total number of options you have to roll is 6*6*6*6=1296(Because a dice have 6 sides) ... You are interested in 6 possible outcomes so

    Probability of quadruples =\frac{6}{1296}
