    Question basketball player

    The probability a basketball player makes a free throw is 0.60. Find the probability the player makes four out of 6.

    P( 4 throws in 6 attempts)
    (0.60)(0.60)(0.60)(0.60)(0.60)(0.4)=0.311

    0.311 is my answer, thanks so much for checking my answer. List of possible aswers are -
    1. 0.0207
    2. 0.0667
    3. 0.240
    4. 0.311

    _6C_4 (.6)^4(.4)^2\approx .311
