Help! The following type of problem keeps appearing on my practice GRE tests... Can someone help me?

Anna and four friends are going to the movies. There are 120 different ways that they can sit. How many ways can they sit with Anna in the middle?

Put Anna in the middle and re-arrange the other 4 around her: 4! = 24.
