The formula to calculate the Spearman's rank correlation coefficient is:

$\displaystyle \rho = 1-\frac{6\cdot \sum d_i^2}{n(n^2-1)}$

If (and only if) 23830 is the sum of the squared differences then you must calculate:

$\displaystyle \rho = 1-\frac{6 \cdot 23830}{60(60^2-1)} \approx 0.33787$
