    P(factors of 6)

A die is thrown once. What is the probability that the score is a factor of 6?

    Solution:

    A die has 6 sides: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.
    Factors of 6: 2 and 3.

    P(factors of 6) = 2/6 or 1/3

    Is this right?

    In that case, P(factors of 6) = 4/6 = 2/3
