Hint: the least common multiple of the denominators can be used as the total number of possible outcomes (of spinner outcomes times coin flip outcomes). So, there are 16 combinations of spinner outcomes times coin flip outcomes. A fair coin has two sides, so you can treat the spinner as though it has $\dfrac{16}{2} = 8$ sides (it may not, but we know it has some multiple of 8 sides, and no matter how many sides it has, we can calculate a problem with equivalent probabilities). From the first two lines, you can figure out how many of the eight spinner sides are red. From the second two, you can figure out how many of the eight spinner sides are green, and the rest are all blue. What are those numbers?
