    How to find the P-value

The question I'm trying to answer is:
Find the P - value for the test statistic z=2.42z=2.42 for the following null and alternative hypotheses:
H0H0: The population mean is 12.
HaHa: The population mean is not equal to 12.
    The P - value is _
For the P-value, I got 1.9844, but my answer was marked wrong, so I wanted to know the correct answer and how to find it.
