    Which statistical test to use

So first of all let me start of by saying that I am a complete and utter noob when it comes to statistics so I'm sorry if this question is stupid. Basically I am writing a report where I want to compare the viability of cells which were exposed to either nothing (negative control) or two different molecules at three different concentrations. In total I had 7 sample conditions and repeated the experiment 3x.

I want to compare the mean cell viability of the samples to one another and see if there is a significant difference between all of the samples. However I have absolutely no clue as to which statistical test I should use for this. I have been scouring the internet for the past 2 hours or so and have just gotten more confused. Does anyone know which test would be best for this situation?

Re: Which statistical test to use

I think you can use ANOVA. It is use to determine the significant differences between two or more variables.
But just to be sure ask a statistician.
