    Binomial probability

    What is the probability of getting at least 70% by guessing, on a multiple-choice test with 100 questions and 5 options for each question?

    I am guessing the probability is tiny but if each question is 1/5 or 0.2 what is it for the whole test?

    Re: Binomial probability

    just apply what we did in the last problem

    it's a binomial distribution

    n=100

    p=1/5

    find

    1 - P[getting < 70%] = 1 - P[69]
