[CENTER] What is the formula for P^c(n,r) = ?
This formula goes along with P(n,r) = n!/(n-r)! and C(n,r) = n!/r!*(n-r)![CENTER]




I need to know this like now and it would be really nice for someone to answer this thank you.

that is a very weird formula, why would you need to know that? P here represents the permutation formula?
