[CENTER] What is the formula for P^c(n,r) = ? This formula goes along with P(n,r) = n!/(n-r)! and C(n,r) = n!/r!*(n-r)![CENTER] I need to know this like now and it would be really nice for someone to answer this thank you.

P here represents the permutation formula? it would be: which cannot really be simplified nicely, not from what i can see
