    confusion of mean of normal distribution

    for part b , why the distribution is x̅ ~N( 2, 131/150 ) why not x̅ ~N( 2.3 , 131/150 ) ?
    for part c , why 2 is used as mean in P(Y
    >0) ?? why not 2.3
    ?? i am totally confused by the ans given..

    You missed the class where he said "the mean is 2 not 2.3"
