    Question Probability of received calls

I am not very good at probability. Maybe because I was not able to attend some lessons.

The topics that was covered in those lessons was The full probability and Bayes formula and independent repeated attempts.

Taxi Park receives an average of 36 calls every hour. What is the probability that:
    a) In the next 10 minutes 4 calls will be received
    b) In the next 40 minutes there will be no more than 24 calls received

The number of received calls is a homogeneous Poisson process with parameter λ = 36 calls/hour.
