    repeated measures ANOVA - Design matrix

    Hi,

    I am working on repeated measures ANOVA for the data I have gathered.I created my table and I understood how to apply the technique but I don’t really know what is the difference between design matrix and ANOVA table. Does anyone know a good reference or link for writing the design matrix.
    I would appreciate any help.
