    Percentage question

    Hi,

    How do I work out the following problem:

    TL=45.9
    LTL=54.1

    12% decrease in TL would lead to an increase by 4% in LTL.

    Find the new values of TL and LTL.

    Any help

    A p\% decrease from x is \frac{(100-p)}{100}x.
