The polling agency has randomly asked 100 potential voters. Of those, 55 have responded that they will vote for Mr. Obama.
Should Mr. Obama feel confident about the re-election based on this result?
Using a 90% confidence interval, estimate the true percentage of voters who will vote for Mr. Obama.
