    Upper and lower limits

I'm not sure if I'm just totally spacing out or if I'm doing something wrong with this problem but I just cannot figure out how my Professor got these answers.

    A sample of size n = 21 is used to perform a significance test for H0 : Mu=0 versus Ha : Mu is not = 0. The test statistic is t = 3.07.

    1) What is the lower limit for the p-value of the test?
    2) What is the upper limit for the p-value of the test?

I'm given the answers are 1) .005 and 2) .01 and was wondering if someone could explain to me how those are the answers. Thanks so much!
