This is an UNBALANCED MAXIMIZATION problem.

I know I need to add a Dummy column to the right with all zeros. I'm just stuck here because all my examples in my notes only explain Balanced Maximization Problems and any Unbalanced examples I have are for Minimization problems. So this is really throwing me off.

Should I convert to a minimization problem before I add the dummy column, or afterwords? If I convert to MIN with the dummy column already added, all my dummy zeros will become 99, right?
I'm confused guys. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!
