    relative frequency question

    For the above data why is the Lower value calculation the class length plus one and the UVc (upper value calculation) the class length minus one?

    Hey kingsolomonsgrave.

    Is this calculation looking at the frequencies for a particular set of values? (Like say [a,b] for a,b whole numbers)?
