Thread: Help, model averaging of gen. linear models using R

So I'm picking up a project that a colleague abandoned when he moved. I'm performing a regression with frog occupancy as a function of several habitat characteristics using R. I've calculated my AIC table but need to model average for the models the were <2 AIC points. Does any one have any experience with this and and writing the code for it in R?

What do you mean by average? Do you want to take all models < 2 AIC and "average" those models out? How would you define non-mathematically average?
