Thread: Which tests do I have to use in order to test my hypotheses?

Dear sir/madam,

I would like to test these hypotheses, but I'm still not sure which test I should use for it. Can anybody help me?

Hypothesis 1: The presence of a relationship between a female manager and employee positively effects the performance evaluation of the employee.

Hypothesis 2: The presence of a relationship between a male manager and employee has no effect on the performance evaluation of the employee.

I assume it is a 2x2 model, because my IV's are: Gender (Male/female) x Status relation (No relation/relation).

Why don't you post your findings instead, so others may benefit from your research?

Wanting to delete a topic makes it seem as if you don't want your professor to find this topic. I'm not saying this is necessarily the case, but that's what how it is interpreted by many.

Oh, that was totally not my intention.

But at another forum, someone helped me too and there you could find my research and more in detail to.

So in my eyes, this post is of no use to anybody. That's I want to delete it.
