    Hy nr75.

There is a distribution in probability known as the multinomial distribution and if you set n = 3, then you can get the probability of getting so many A1's, so many A2's and so many A3's.

I don't think that you really are asking for such a listing.
If we play a game with three possible outcomes eight times then there are 3^8=6561 possible entries in the list of outcomes.
Maybe you can change you description? Or can say more about what you need.

    Re: combinations

Firs I must tell that I like weary much math and I hope that in my life I would have time to learn math.

Well letís explain little more what I need.

My local bookie organising tipsters cup. I want to play in finale. Cup will be playing till May next year (2013). To play in finale (playoff???) I need to be ranked in first 6 tipsters in month (first 6 tipsters from every month get qualification for finale).

I tried two months to get maximum points but I not succeed..

Now I want to change strategy. I plan to play much games (combinations) in one day. If 3(8) is 6561 and If I have some list in internet with 6561 combinations, then maybe I will chose 1000 of 6561 combinations to play. Or maybe I will chose 3(4)Ö.
