For this random number generation, you will have some numbers that correspond to getting 2 points. The counts of these numbers with respect to the total amount of numbers forms a proportion or a probability. It looks like they are using the numbers 7,8,9 to corresponding to a two pointer.

Have you counted the number of times a 7, 8, or 9 has occured? If so what you can you conclude?
