Some Help

I am totally lost in how to do this. I am looking at my book and it's telling me to use the TI-84 and I follow the steps which it states (Press 2n,d VARS [2:nORMAL CDF(], then enter the two z scores seperated by a coma as in the (left z score, right z score). Only issue is I am given a single number and asked to find the area. Here is the copy.

Ahh, thanks, yeah I see that same chart within my book. I was just trying to use the "Technology" part since, we probably wont have this chart for a future exam and probably have to know how to plug these in the TI83/84 calculator.
