## Normal Distribution to find probability of failure

Hey guys, quick question

A structural member is designed such that the mean of the member resistance is equal to 2.25 times of the total load effects. The COVs of the resistence and the total load effects are equal to 0.1 and 0.25. Assume that the resistance and the load effects are independent and normally distributed. Calculate the probability of failure
I don't really know what I need with this problem. Certainly the member will fail if the actual load effects are greater then the resistence of the member.

So, I am looking for $P(LE > R)$. How then, I suppose do i use the fact that my variables are normally distributed to arrive at that probability?

Thanks!
