Thread: Interpretation of information please

I have the following information;

Two columns of integers, one is labled estimated numbers, the second column actual numbers.

I have been given the following sub headings;

Minimum
Median
Maximum
Mean
Standard deviation
Inter quartile range
Range

I am asked for two measures of location, the only two that stand out are;

Inter quartile range and Range.

Am I right with these or am I way off line.

You have identified two measures of spread. a measure of location is a single number that is supposed to represent the entire group.

Thanks my fault, the location should have been the mean and the median.
