what are the chances of a heads...

im not sure how to set this problem up...

the captain of the football squad remembered the last two times he called heads on the coin toss that it was heads. what are the chances of a heads coming up this time?

ok, so would it be (1/2)(1/2(1/2) = 1/8? i dunno im thinking i should be using the multiplication rule?

First) 1/2 -- There is no multiplication rule for independent events. The coin doesn't know it was heads the last two times.
Second) Is it a fair coin? If it's heads on both sides, that's quite another story.
